Friday, 9 April 2020. Today marks 33 months since Nikki was abducted. I currently have zero contact with him, receive news of his state of wellness or have received any responses to communications directed at Nikki’s Mom or certain areas of the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice…...Parental Alienation is Child Abuse. As I sit and reflect over the past 7 years of my life, I can honestly say with conviction that I have witnessed with my own eyes……signs of a world that is creaking at the seams. From the terrible abuses inflicted on vulnerable members of our society (and sometimes by their own family e.g. parental alienation), through massive natural disasters to our current COVID-19 lockdown, one must certainly step back and wonder when will mankind take a long hard look at ourselves and realise we cannot continue this cycle. While Nikki's Oupa (my Dad) lay dying of cancer, he still found the strength to take Nikki to the garage to show him the bikes he was restoring,...the Norton was a particularly special project.
