Wednesday, 9 March 2022 marks 4 years and 8 months since Nikki was abducted to Sofia, Bulgaria. Today I am 100% alienated from Nikki, have no contact or receive no news of his well being. Parental Alienation is child abuse. On  24 February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. Although Bulgaria does not share a border with either of these countries, the war is too close for comfort. We pray that peace is rapidly restored. As I page through my diary, the following things were going on: March 2017 I'm working with a psychologist regarding my observations of what is happening around Nikki and receiving guidance around what is best for Nikki in dealing with the environment we are in. I am also still engaged with the child educational psychologist who is preparing his report with recommendations on a parenting plan. I also test concerns around unhealthy alienating behaviour I see developing with the psychologist and after receiving their input, bring them to the attention of the child education...

In January 2017: Nikki's Mom has made a trip to Poland My lawyers are engaging with Nikki's Mom's third set of lawyers and she is requesting permission to remove him from South Africa  Legal comments note that I am requesting a forensic assessment to determine what Nicholas' best interests are Nikki has his first day at school Engagements with the Educational Psychologist are underway 24 January 2017, I appear in the High Court to defend Nikki's Mom application to remove Nikki from South Africa. My team win and the judge orders Nikki should not leave South Africa In January 2018: I was in discussion with two European organisations who assist with International Child Abductions I am working my lawyers in an attempt to attach Nikki's Mom...

В сряда, 9 февруари 2022 г., се навършват 4 години и 7 месеца от отвличането на Ники в София, България. Днес съм 100% отчужден от Ники, нямам контакт или не получавам новини за неговото здраве. Родителското отчуждение е насилие над деца. През януари 2017 г.: Майката на Ники е пътувала до Полша. Адвокатите ми работят с третия набор от адвокати на майката на Ники и тя иска разрешение да го премахне от Южна Африка. areNikki има първия си ден в училище. Ангажиментите с образователния психолог са в ход 24 януари 2017 г., аз се явявам във Върховния съд, за да защитя молбата на майка на Ники за отстраняване на Ники от Южна Африка. Моят отбор печели и съдията нарежда на Ники да не напуска Южна Африка През януари  2018 г.:Бях в дискусия с две европейски организации, които подпомагат международните отвличания на деца. Работя с моите адвокати в опит да задържа активите на майката на Ники в Южна Африка. Има комуникация между мен и образователния психолог със специални интереси в психотера...
