Wednesday, 25 December 2019 - Another Christmas with no contact or information about Nikki whatsoever……Merry Christmas from all of us Nikki, we love you and miss you very much.

9 December 2019, marks 29 months since Nikki’s abduction. I am still 100% alienated from Nikki, have no contact and receive no information with regards to his wellbeing. Parental Alienation in Child Abuse.  2019/04/22 - Formal application (in Bulgarian) for contact with Nikki signed by me. Fri 2019/07/26 1:25 PM – Receive a response that Bulgarian civil servants will be on leave Friday, 26 July 2019 3:52 PM – Request from the South African Department of Justice to the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice “that the negotiations be prioritized”. Mon 2019/08/26 12:03 PM – After requesting an update the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice remind us that are planning and will inform the competent social service in Bulgaria about exploring the possibility of negotiating with the mother about the applicant's contacts with his son. Saturday, 9 November 2019 marks 28 months since Nikki’s abduction. I look through my records and find a formal application (in Bulgarian) for contact with Nikki signed by me on 22 April 2019, in between the appeal judgement and lodging the application I lost 3 months scrambling around trying to find out how to kick-start this process. Today it is 9 November 2019 and this is where we are at….. Mon 2019/08/26 12:26 PM: The Bulgarian Ministry of Justice advised me that they were planning to inform the competent social service in Bulgaria about exploring the possibility of negotiating with the Nikki’s mother about contact for me with Nikki. Saturday, 19 October 2019 On October 17, 2019, the Bulgarian central authority (Ministry of Justice) received information from the social service in Sofia, whom they engaged with regards to me visiting Nikki. Nikki’s Mom stated that she did not oppose negotiations through a mediation procedure (from a legal perspective opposing it would have been a dreadful move, no matter what her pathological state). The proposal to me, is if I agree to participate in a mediation procedure, then it is proposed (by the Bulgaria Ministry of Justice/Central Authority) that the  mediation be carried out at the Family Mediation Center in Sofia,Bulgaria and they will supply a list of mediators…..The Bulgarian Ministry of Justice will not answer any questions related to the mediation and I would need to speak to the mediator about costs and travel (you can see why Nikki’s Mom would agree to these terms of mediation). 9 October 2019 Today 9 October 2019 marks 27 Months since Nikki’s abduction. Below is the last communication received from Bulgaria and are other communications which it relates to. Today, 19 October 2019 I received a request from the Bulgarian Central Authority not so share their communications and am therefore deleting the content (I am glad to hear they are watching my social media posts and they have resulted in some action). Dates below are indicative of the amount of time which has elapsed while communicating with the Bulgarian Central Authority and do not even go back as far the when the request for contact commenced.
