26 Months since Nikki's abduction

When the Child Protection Department (SSD Lozenets, Sofia, Bulgaria) told the court that "the child runs away from the father", they forgot about this video on the first and only visit that was successful at SSD Lozenets. Clearly at this stage of developments and despite the brainwashing Nikki had received, he was still fighting to have a relationship with me…… https://youtu.be/QK1RRYJR3S4

I initially did not post this video as I was told to stop filming by the officials at SSD Lozenets as taking pictures was not allowed and I feared that publishing this video may harm my case. Now in hindsight and with nothing to lose, it is time publish the video.

Due to the lies told about me the visits were allowed (after a psychological assessment alone and second one with Nikki which contained this comment from the psychologist “..,I am categorically of the opinion that if the child was the target of violence on the part of the father, he would have manifested fear or resentment in any manner, which was not observed during the meeting.”) under supervision at SSD Lozenets from 12:00-13:30 every Friday (I would need to make the 25 hour trip from South Africa to attend the visit).

The video is of the first visit on 20 July 2018. Where Nikki sat on my lap for about an hour and a half playing on my laptop and called me a “cool Dad”.

The second visit: I arrived in the morning to notify the SSD I would be there for the afternoon visit, they then called to notify Nikki’s Mom who produced a sick so the visit did not take place.

The third visit Nikki walked into the room said “Oh” and left the room. The SSD officials told me Niki and his Mom were seen walking down the road away from the SSD after Nikki left the room. When I asked why they had not attempted to coerce Nikki and his Mom to return the replied “What did you want us to do carry him back?” My interpreter told my further snide comments were made about me and I could see behaviour alternating between hostility and laughing at me.

The fourth visit: I waited outside, when Nikki and his Mom came around the corner of the building Nikki stopped and pointed at me…His Mom then lowered herself to mouth something to him... Uncertain Nikki moved forward and then returned around the corner to be followed by his mother. I did not follow for fear of and orchestrated incident taking place (to reflect poorly on me). The SSD officials went to look for Nikki and his mother, only to return saying they could not be found.

The fifth visit: Overlapped with a court case in Bulgaria so Nikki Mom knew I was in town, when I arrived at the SSD I was told a sick not had been sent to them. I have never been allowed to have a copy of the sick notes.

I have not seen Nikki or heard any news of him since....
