5 Years and 2 Months too long....
Friday, 9 September 2022 marks 5 years and 2 months since Nikki was abducted to Sofia, Bulgaria. Today I am 100% alienated from Nikki, have no contact or receive no news of his wellbeing. Parental Alienation is child abuse. https://www.psychologytoday.com/.../why-parental...
I find amongst my September emails this one below: given that it took me roughly 25 hours to get from my home to Sofia at a cost of around R20,000.00 and although I tried, this schedule was impossible to keep. There is a lot of back and forth between my lawyers and I where I am trying to get a translation of the protocol.

Dear All
I have taken the Protocol from the court hearing from 15 June 2018 and have been at the social services department at Lozenets Municipality. They have explained to me from the SSD Lozenets Municipality that they will undertake any actions in accordance with the Protocol when they receive the Protocol officially from the court - they have said that they can act only when they receive the Protocol officially from the court and that the court has to send, of its own motion, the Protocol to them. They have said that when they receive the Protocol they will be prepared to arrange meetings on Fridays 12.00 - 13.30 as per the order of the court and will ensure that a social worker is present. However, they have said that Mr Mulder will have to be accompanied by a translator if he does not speak Bulgarian as they have to be able to understand what Mr Mulder and his child are talking about. With respect to the condition that the mother of the child has to nominate an adult who would be at the meetings, they have explained that the mother has to bring the child and to ensure the presence of an adult every Friday 12.00 - 13.30 as per the order of the court and that they do not have to contact her further in that regard.
The meetings will take place in SSD Lozenets at the following address: Sofia, 80 Dimitar Hadjikotsev Street.
I have left with them our office telephone number and they will call when they receive the Protocol from the court which would mean that they should be able to arrange the meeting on the Friday (and on the next Fridays) after they have received the Protocol.
Please find attached the Protocol.
