Saturday, 19 October 2019 On October 17, 2019, the Bulgarian central authority (Ministry of Justice) received information from the social service in Sofia, whom they engaged with regards to me visiting Nikki. Nikki’s Mom stated that she did not oppose negotiations through a mediation procedure (from a legal perspective opposing it would have been a dreadful move, no matter what her pathological state). The proposal to me, is if I agree to participate in a mediation procedure, then it is proposed (by the Bulgaria Ministry of Justice/Central Authority) that the  mediation be carried out at the Family Mediation Center in Sofia,Bulgaria and they will supply a list of mediators…..The Bulgarian Ministry of Justice will not answer any questions related to the mediation and I would need to speak to the mediator about costs and travel (you can see why Nikki’s Mom would agree to these terms of mediation). 9 October 2019 Today 9 October 2019 marks 27 Months since Nikki’s abduction. Below is the last communication received from Bulgaria and are other communications which it relates to. Today, 19 October 2019 I received a request from the Bulgarian Central Authority not so share their communications and am therefore deleting the content (I am glad to hear they are watching my social media posts and they have resulted in some action). Dates below are indicative of the amount of time which has elapsed while communicating with the Bulgarian Central Authority and do not even go back as far the when the request for contact commenced. 9 September 2019 When the Child Protection Department (SSD Lozenets, Sofia, Bulgaria) told the court that "the child runs away from the father", they forgot about this video on the first and only visit that was successful at SSD Lozenets. Clearly at this stage of developments and despite the brainwashing Nikki had received, he was still fighting to have a relationship with me…… https://youtu.be/QK1RRYJR3S4 I initially did not post this video as I was told to stop filming by the officials at SSD Lozenets as taking pictures was not allowed and I feared that publishing this video may harm my case. Now in hindsight and with nothing to lose, it is time publish the video. 9 August 2019: Today marks 25 months since Nikki's abduction – The struggle to just get some form of contact with him is ongoing and to date I receive no news of his wellbeing or any communication about him whatsoever. Messages from myself or my family to Nikki’s Mom or her family go unacknowledged or responded to… Communication with the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice is ongoing but at a painfully slow pace and despite comments to them from the South African authorities to the effect of: ·          " The fact that the child ran away when he saw the father could very well be the result of parental alienation, but it seems this element was not tested by the court.” ·          “It should be noted that due to the child’s tender age, the prolonged lack of contact will occasion estrangement of the father-son relationship. The aforegoing is obviously not in the best interests of the child. Kindly assist ...

This is an impassioned plea Nikki’s Granny (my mother) wrote to Nikki’s mother’s parents on 20 July 2019, as with the other letters we have written to them.....there has been no response.

9 July 2019 Today marks 24 months since Nikki's abduction. The struggle to just get some form of contact with him is ongoing and to date I receive no news of his well being or any communication about him whatsoever. The last communication from the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice was that they were prepared to mediate between Nikki's Mom and I for a voluntary settlement but if she disagreed there is nothing further they could do and I would need to approach a Bulgarian court.......
