Today marks 8 months since Nikki's abduction......tirelessly I work towards his return home.

18 месеца твърде дълго ...

Вторник, 9 януари 2019 г. се навършват 18 месеца откакто Ники беше отвлечена в София, България. С малко повече от 18 месеца от отвличането на Ники, парченца и парчета от преведеното решение на съда за обжалване на жалбите се опитват да: ′′ Доказателствата по файла предоставят основа за заключението, че до отстраняването му в Република България-09.07.2017 г детето (Ники) обикновено пребивава в Република Южна Африка, където е родено и е живяло с майка си. Детето напусна държавата по пребиваване на горепосочената дата и се засели в Република България, отново с майка си. С оглед на гореизложеното съдът установява, че детето (Ники) неправомерно е задържано в България по смисъла на член 3 от Конвенцията. Както се вижда от доказателствата по преписката по отношение на приложимото в Република Южна Африка право за упражняване на правата на попечителство по отношение на непълнолетни деца, законът е предоставил упражняването на правата на попечителство по отношение на детето (Ники) Не мога...

25 Months since Nikki's abduction

9 August 2019: Today marks 25 months since Nikki's abduction – The struggle to just get some form of contact with him is ongoing and to date I receive no news of his wellbeing or any communication about him whatsoever. Messages from myself or my family to Nikki’s Mom or her family go unacknowledged or responded to… Communication with the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice is ongoing but at a painfully slow pace and despite comments to them from the South African authorities to the effect of: ·          " The fact that the child ran away when he saw the father could very well be the result of parental alienation, but it seems this element was not tested by the court.” ·          “It should be noted that due to the child’s tender age, the prolonged lack of contact will occasion estrangement of the father-son relationship.
